LinkedIn Company Pages Updates 2022
2022 is off to a flying start and we are still seeing more features and improvements continue to come through to LinkedIn Pages. This is largely driven by the continued record-breaking revenue for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions ie through paid ads. You can’t run a paid campaign without first having a company page.
Whilst Good Trading Co is focused 100% on organic business growth strategies, all Company Pages get the benefits of this revenue spike as new features to make LinkedIn Pages more attractive.

LinkedIn Company Page Newsletters
Given thought leadership remains critical to customer engagement, enter LinkedIn Company Page Newsletters. Another opportunity to reach out to decision-makers with long form content.
As a member of the LinkedIn Small Business Advisory Council, I get to work with the LinkedIn Pages team to test new features. What has been exciting is testing LinkedIn Company Page Newsletters like this one you are receiving.
The LinkedIn Company Page Newsletters works, in the same way, as those that have a newsletter via Creator Mode. There are some minor differences with how you find them on Pages but beyond that, there really is no difference.
Pages must have a minimum of 150 followers to qualify for access. We can expect to see a rollout in the coming month. No definite dates as yet and will most likely be a staggered roll out as is typically the case with new features.
Most excited that LinkedIn Pages newsletters will be indexed by Google. This will help with organic growth. Therefore, focus on delivering unique thought leadership to take advantage.

Organic Post Stats
The upside of LinkedIn Pages is that you don’t need to pay for a third-party application such as Shield Analytics to get stats on what is happening on your Company Page posts.
It’s really important that you monitor your posts to see what’s working and what’s not working. This way you can learn not just the type of content but also the format of the content you use that resonates best.
The more you can refine this over time the greater the success. Especially given the challenges of reach with Company Pages (think of them more as a destination).
Underneath each LinkedIn Company Page post is an easily viewable overview of the stats for that post.

Ultimately the success of your LinkedIn Company Page will come from neverending refinement. Always be looking for that extra 1% that will make your business stand out.
This is a long term game that requires patience and persistence. Just like your business. Your efforts will pay off even if the first 12 months it doesn’t feel like it.
